Writing plays an important role in my practice. It offers a way to lay bare the doubts, triumphs, inspirations, confusions, and other thoughts and feelings that gather around the making.

Here I collect the writing dispersed throughout the website, gathered in one place. The texts are arranged in chronological order, from newest to oldest.

Much of the writing belongs alongside paintings or other material works, and where this is the case, you will also find a link to the work it accompanies.

Walking, 2025

to remember a house: reflections on place, 2025
